Many residents, organizations and businesses came together in the spring of 2009 for a series of workshops to begin to imagine a revitalized Baltimore Avenue from 49th St. – 52nd St. The volunteer team from the Community Design Collaborative prioritized ideas and reviewed preliminary design study recommendations for the area. The communities ideas and feedback have now been incorporated into a final report that was presented to the community.
